Adrian

Today, I had the privilege of meeting an exceptional young man who graciously allowed me to capture his portraits for my documentary on People Living with HIV (PLHIV). Adrian proved to be incredibly easy to engage with, and his insights were truly remarkable. His candid and honest account of his journey with HIV, beginning with his diagnosis at the tender age of 17, reflects both resilience and strength. Despite the challenges, Adrian now proudly advocates for HIV awareness, holding his head high and dispelling the stigma associated with the virus. Currently in his third year of nursing school, Adrian’s commitment to education and breaking down misconceptions about HIV is truly commendable. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Adrian for being a valuable part of my project.
